raiders and shack possible piggyback solution.........

i really dont have an opinion on the piggybacking deal........however imo its strategy, cowardly, weak, ect. its still strategy..

but in the interest of goodwill maybe you guys can agree on this..now i havent looked at the schedule so i dont know if this would work or not but give it a looksee.

one guy makes selections one day, the other makes selections the next day..ie

raiders picks games for the 16th
shack.......................17th
raiders.....................18th

and so on... the last day the 30th...both make selections...that gives each person 7days plus the last one ...just an idea.......

To make it easy and plus I'm tired of hearing Shack whine on a daily basis I will not take any pick that Shack has made 1 hour prior to any game. As long as the pick is made 60 minutes or less before a game I will not piggyback it. He can piggyback if he would like to.

evidently, you guys didnt bother to find a solution to the "grey" areas.

as i see there are still problems.

i think if you guys go back and read the orignal rules for the contest and go by them, there cant be any "grey" areas.

if the rules say a selection must be made 30min prior to game time (assuming this is actual start time-not sceduled start time) and a selection is made 32min before starting......thats action...if its made 22min. before starting........no action..

if the rules state, no deleting or editing selections after posting....then that should be followed....

you guys are making it harder than it should be...

go by the ground-rules that were made before the contest started..

if the rules say nothing about "piggy-backing" then so be it...........ride the piggy home.....

just my thoughts on the matter........gl

Thanks for the input Dime. I'll never do this again. I thought this would be fun but I have to call them like I see them. Shack's a real asshole. Every day he comes up with a new way to try and take a free shot. I told the guy I would not piggyback any play made within 60 minutes of a game. He had nothing to worry about and decides he doesn't have to post plays but can email them instead. There's no way any plays that aren't posted whould be considered.

Dime- Look at this. I tried to be a nice guy and told Shack i wouldn't piggyback his plays. He had nothing to worry about today but instead only emails his plays to someone else and wants me to trust him.

I'd like to reserve the right to piggyback if chasing starts on the huge favs. Also this deal is good as long as MFG does not enter the thread. Do we have a deal? GL
